Our nail technicians have the right to refuse to do any nail services if you may have
any allergic reaction to nail/ nail enhancement products. The technician will advise you to
stop doing anything to the nails to prevent any further injuries or infections. Always consult
with a doctor or a medical professional for medical advice or treatment.
The appointment requires any cancellations or rescheduling to be done prior to 24
hours of your appointment, otherwise you must place the non-refundable deposit of $35 to
re-book with us. On rare occasions when we may be running late, we will always try to
contact you; we ask that you do the same. Catchy Beauty reserved the right to charge $35
deposits or no-show/cancellation fees if there are 2 counts of no-shows or last minute
cancellations before 24 hours notice of your appointment time. Please call at least 24 hours
in advance to cancel. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please make sure to
call us. If you are late, you will only receive your service for the remaining time of your
appointment and you will still be charged for the full price of the service. Your appointment
will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes late, and will be regarded as a No-Show.
After 2 counts of no-shows or last minute cancellations we will charge a
no-show/cancellation fee of $35.
Noise and Mobile Phones: Please make sure your cellphones or any gadgets are to be
on silent or on vibrate to not disturb others. If you need to have the sound on for an
emergency, please let the technician know.

It is important for both the client and technician to confirm everything with the results of any
nail service before you, the client, walk out of the salon. We would like to ensure that you are
satisfied with the service and the results of the nails. Once you leave the salon, the services
are non-refundable. Fixing will be an extra charge per nail repair as it will take time and the
use of more products to repair.
The nail services we provide here will all be done as newsets only, with removal if needed.
We will not be providing refills for any of the nail sets.


All information will be held confidential with complete confidence. Catchy Beauty Nails will
not divulge your information to any other parties. You are not obligated to answer any
questions that may make you feel uncomfortable. We respect your time and strive to be
timely. Due to the potentially hazardous chemicals used in enhancements, please make
other arrangements for any side-kicks on the appointment days. Catchy Beauty will not be
held accountable for injury or accidents to, or caused by, unsupervised children.
All treatment options available at Catchy Beauty are carried out by professionals or are
qualified technicians. If you are not feeling like you are satisfied with the service or have any
other concerns, please let us know immediately. We do not provide refunds but we will take
care of all your concerns right away to the best of our abilities. We strive for 100% client
satisfaction and your feedback is really important for us, so we always appreciate it.
